High confidence

Key finding

The 23-point spread between Product & Technology (85) and Market Position (62) is the central diagnosis: Sample Co. is bottlenecked on distribution. Digital Presence (68 vs 72) lags on the same axis: SEO and thin top-of-funnel pages, not a second thesis.

Overall Strategic Score

71/ 100

Key Insight: Sample Co. occupies the "technical innovator in a fragmenting market" position. The company has built genuinely differentiated technology, but has not yet translated that into a dominant market position within any single segment. It sits at a strategic inflection point: the next 12-18 months will determine whether Sample Co. becomes a breakout mid-market leader or gets squeezed between better-funded direct competitors (Sigma) and downmarket enterprise incumbents (Tableau, Power BI). The key strategic question is not "what to build" but "where to focus" — the product is ahead of the go-to-market.

Competitive Implication

Formalizing the Embed-to-Core conversion motion converts an organic, underleveraged flywheel into a repeatable acquisition channel that compounds with the segment's faster growth.

Why Previso

Why not just paste it into a chatbot?

Because a one-shot guess isn't a strategy. Here is what the alternatives actually give you, and where they stop.

A free AI chatbot

A plausible answer in seconds.

  • Works from training memory, with no live look at the company or its market today
  • No sources and no confidence signals, so you can’t tell what’s real
  • One generic reply: no scorecard, scenarios, or weighed options
  • Nothing you’d hand a client or put in front of a board

An audit-score tool

A number and a checklist.

  • Measures surface metrics (SEO, speed), not strategic position
  • Flags problems; doesn’t reason about what to do next
  • No narrative, no competitive context, no scenarios
  • A diagnosis without a strategy

Previso ($199 full report)

A source-backed strategy brief you can interrogate.

  • Live, source-backed research across market, competitors, and digital footprint
  • Citations and a confidence signal on every claim; limitations stated plainly
  • 3–5 strategic options with trade-offs: decision-ready, not prescriptive
  • A full-length narrative brief you can share or present. PDF included.
  • War Room: ask the hard follow-up and get an answer grounded in this report’s own evidence, not a chatbot’s one-shot guess

FAQ

Common Questions

What do I get for $199?

You get one source-backed strategy brief for a company URL, including the interactive report, downloadable PDF, password-protected sharing, source citations, confidence signals, strategic scorecard, SWOT, strategic options, recommendations, and War Room: a panel where you can ask the report follow-up questions and get answers built from its own research. Consultants and agencies can share privately and apply organization branding. The same prep is 6–10 hours of research, competitor review, synthesis, and formatting.

Is the PDF included?

The $199 full report includes both the interactive web report and the downloadable PDF at no extra charge. The free report does not include a PDF. There is no separate PDF add-on.

Can I ask the report questions?

Yes. Every full report includes War Room: a panel where you can interrogate the findings: why a score landed where it did, the case against the recommended strategy, the weakest evidence in the report. Answers are grounded in this report's own research and cite their sources; if the data doesn't support an answer, War Room says so instead of guessing. Each brief includes a generous question allotment (enough for a working session and a return visit). Strategy Watch keeps War Room open without that per-brief cap. The free report includes a locked preview of War Room questions. AI-generated from this report's research. May contain errors. Not financial, legal, or investment advice.

What data do you analyze?

Coordinated AI workstreams analyze publicly available information: website content, industry reports, competitor data, digital presence metrics, and market research. You can also provide optional context like revenue, employee count, strategic priority, and additional URLs to improve report accuracy.

How accurate are the reports?

Reports are based on publicly available data and AI analysis. Every report includes confidence scores and data source citations. We recommend treating findings as strategic hypotheses to validate, not definitive facts. Our agents use hedging language and clearly note limitations.

How long does the free report take?

Most free reports finish in 5–10 minutes. Complex sites may take up to 15 minutes. We'll email you when yours is ready. One free report per account.

What if my report isn't usable?

Start with the free report so you can judge quality before you buy. Eligible one-time full-report purchases have a limited 30-day path if delivery fails or the file is materially unusable: email support@previso.app. We may retry, revise, credit, or refund at our discretion. Disagreement with findings is not covered. See the Terms of Service.

Is my data kept private?

Free reports stay on your account (sharing is not offered). Full reports stay on your account unless you share them. Public web content plus any optional context you provide is sent to our AI provider only to produce your report (and, on Strategy Watch, its recurring checks) and is not used to train AI models. Stored evidence powers War Room. See the Privacy Policy for processors, cookies, and requests.

What is Strategy Watch?

Strategy Watch is a subscription, not another $199 one-shot. $299 the first month, then $199/month; cancel anytime. It re-checks the assumptions in your full reports and alerts you only when the evidence turns. Each billing month you can run one more full brief on any eligible company. Extra briefs are $99 while you subscribe. War Room stays open without that per-brief cap. A quiet month means nothing material turned in the sources we re-check. It is not a warranty that nothing changed.

Can I use this for competitor analysis?

You can run a company website you own, advise, or are researching. Competitive research is an outside-in read of public pages, not a diligence memo and not a playbook to harm the company. Confirm a lawful purpose when you generate.

Is Previso available outside the United States?

No. Previso is offered only to customers in the United States. Signup, the free report, and checkout are US-only. You can still read the sample, help, and legal pages from other locations.
