Data and Privacy
What we collect, what we send to AI providers, and who can see a report.
Reports are generated from public web content plus any optional context you type in.
In this article we will cover AI providers, what we store, who can see a report, and how to request an export or deletion.
AI Providers
Optional context and the research payload are sent to our AI provider only to produce your report and, on Strategic Monitor, its recurring Strategy Watch checks. That material is not used to train AI models.
What We Store
The research behind your report (sources, scores, evidence) is stored with the report for as long as you keep it. That stored evidence is what powers War Room. Dashboard delete hides a report from your list. It is not a completed erasure. Account deletion is a request processed within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy).
Who Can See a Report
Only you (the account) and people you explicitly share a full report with. Free-report sharing is not currently offered. Paid shares follow the password and expiration you set.
Geographic Availability
Previso is offered only in the United States. We do not create accounts or run free or paid reports from the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or other non-US locations. The sample, help, and legal pages remain readable. See the Privacy Policy.
Processing addendum
We do not presently publish a standard data processing addendum. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern until Persistive and you sign a separate written addendum. Email legal@previso.app if you need that document for your own program.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not show a cookie banner. Essential cookies cover sign-in and security. Product analytics (Vercel, not ads) load in the United States unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Crash diagnostics may still run so we can keep the product working. See the Privacy Policy.
Export or Delete Your Data
There is no self-serve bulk export today. Email privacy@previso.app to request a copy of your account and reports, or use Settings to request account deletion. We process verified requests within the times in the Privacy Policy.
