Invoices and the Billing Portal
Open Stripe's customer portal from Settings to update cards, cancel Monitor, or download invoices.
Payments run through Stripe. Previso does not store your full card number.
In this article we will walk through opening the portal and finding receipts.
Open the Portal
Here's how:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose the Stripe customer portal.
- Update the payment method, download invoices, or cancel Strategic Monitor.
The portal is open. Cancellations stop future Monitor renewals. Credits already granted remain until spent. They are not cash. Generation credits do not expire unless we stated an expiry when they were granted.
Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt to the checkout email. If you need a copy sent to accounting, download the invoice from the portal or forward the receipt.
