How Long Generation Takes

Free reports usually finish in 5–10 minutes. Full reports take longer. We email you either way.

You can stay on the progress screen, or leave. Generation continues in the background either way.

In this article we will cover typical times and how you will know the brief is done.

Free Report

Most free reports complete in 5–10 minutes. Complex or JavaScript-heavy sites can take up to 15 minutes. If the free line is busy, your request stays in queue. We email you when it starts, then again when it is ready. There is no skip-the-line path.

Full Report

A full report reads more public pages, runs the full analysis, then renders the PDF. Plan for longer than a free report, often in the 15–30 minute range, occasionally more if the site is large or PDF rendering is heavy.

How You Will Know It Is Done

  • The dashboard shows progress while you wait.
  • We email you when a free report or full report is ready.
  • You can leave and come back. Generation continues in the background.

The progress screen shows percent complete, remaining time, and which sections are ready.
